Fast forward to 5:00pm, still not able to download. Noon arrives, still not able to download my freeplay. No problem, I'll just hang out and see what happens then. The agent advises me that their systems are down due to an upgrade and will be back up by 12:00pm (noon). Ok, so I'm just thinking it's a small glitch, so I proceed to player services. Went to my favorite machine, put in my password and an error message reads ECash disabled. Visited Wind Creek Atmore yesterday to retrieve my freeplay, or so I thought.
